You got me thinking! Have to find my cat first. They are pretty scarce overhere in Ireland. Looked at a 2000 V6 last monday. It was in a pretty bad state; and they wanted Ôé¼ 11000 for it. Just have to keep looking I guess! Might even consider importing one if I can't find one here.

Googled Ford Cougar UK Forums.............. you were near the top :D

it was google that did it for me,when i became interested in buying one i googled for more info on the car in terms of reviews and various specs of the car.

None of the Above!!

I can't remember who it is is a regular over on FPOC and Autophoria and when I decided to buy a cougar I followed his Sig Link...

I used to keep my eye on the ford focus owners club site when I had my focus but I got rid and got myself a v6 cougar instead. I knew that most fords have a site so I looked it up on google. :D

Found site by looking at Cougar stuff on Ebay.
Did some searches when I first got car but that was 2-3 years ago. I guess that was before this site was started?

Same as me!!

I became a member because Nico kept sticking flyers on my car.

Glad he did.

Got MoT coming up and needed some dreaded wishbones...googled cougar parts and fell into this blackhole...now I can't get out.
It's the gravity of information on cougars keeps dragging me further in.
Well done all those who set it up.

It was time to wave goodbye to my scooby and after seeing the cougar which I have now bought I googled a bit to find out more about a motor I new nothing about.
Very nice find I must admit :D

I got 20 days off work starting Thursday so its time to get to know my new best friend .

Did a search on Cougar and 'baby seats' . Guys here were a big help, so I subscribed.

New owners

Bought a Cougar (always fancied one, so traded in an oldish BMW) and searched the web for info just before 'doing the deal'. No regrets, love the car, and very impressed with the website, and especially impressed with how active the forum is. Congrats to you all.

Thighs like thunder

Like most i used search engines and came up with cougar.org and ukcougar and here i am. I've always been a Ford man, from mk2 escorts on, till i got my first capri, i really did promise myself one of those and eventually had 4 altogether. Had to get rid cos the missus kept moaning about how low it was so then it was a long walk in the wilderness so to speak, i had the Sierra the n i had the mondeo and all the time i just wanted a car to turn me on like the capri used to do.
Then, one day, i followed this silver beast with thighs like thunder and i just knew i had to have one, what else but a cougar, it looked right and it sounded right and it even had a name to match.
Well i got my cougar 2 months ago at such a good price the seller was in tears when i took it away from him, seriously! Now with a few subtle mods its starting to feel like MY COUGAR and ive worked a lot over the years on fords so most jobs i can cope with so hardly any garage bills, and then theres the forum, somewhere to go and see what else all you guys are up to.

Beloved google :)

I can't wait to pick Kitty up on saturday I'm still bouncing around like a mad person with excitement and I bought it on Monday.
